These were all written and recorded in the last decade and contain some of my favorite moments from my own home studio sessions. (In addition there is one studio session included in the mix.) In some ways, these can be considered "rough" demos, plenty of warts and imperfections, but there is also present, a kind of passion and rawness that I'm still touched by, even many years later. Some spark of inspiration is captured in these songs.

Clear Northern Sky - written and recorded, April 2020 in Sisseton, South Dakota. Grace Lutheran Church sanctuary.

Mary Might Be The One - written and recorded, August 2017 in the garage, Marian Ct. Peoria, IL. Can you hear the locusts?

Legend on the Water - written and recorded summer 2015, late at night at the kitchen table, cell phone recording.

Little Bighorn - written and recorded Spring 2016, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church Washington, IL. (in my office with an SM58)

Bless This Child - written in Sisseton, Summer 2019, recorded in Bismarck, ND at Makoche Studios.

From Dust - improvised with overdubs at St. Mark's, Washington, IL.

Every Tear - improvised and recorded in November 2013 in the basement of St. Mark's Washington, IL.

The King of Love My Shepherd is - same session as Every Tear.
